Project Description
Phase I and II of the Ironwood Clubhouse Master Plan includes new dressing rooms with showers, lockers, expanded space for indoor golf simulators/practice space, manager office, renovation of dated bathrooms, pro shop, lounge and common rental areas. In addition, lights installed on the driving range. The renovations are much needed on a dated building. Additions will enhance the experience for golfers and rentals. These is potential for increased revenue year round through the indoor practice space and golf simulators and increased available time at the driving range throughout the evenings.
