Project Description
Multi-year phasing plan as provided by Walker Consultants 9/6/2019 to complete repairs of known deficiencies and considerations for ongoing maintenance. Deficiencies need to corrected and maintenance activities need to be funded appropriately to minimize delay and thus minimizing the deterioration cycle.
